A: It is our way of standing behind our products.  If something you have bought from IndigoCow isn’t up to your standards, we will make it right!

Q: What if the product I ordered doesn’t work or breaks
A: As a part of our “Indigo” guarantee, we will send you a replacement product, just take and send us a picture of your non-working device.

Q: How much is shipping to my address?
A: If you live anywhere on planet earth, shipping is free!!

Q: If I buy more than one item is shipping cheaper?
A: No (is it not cheap enough already?)

Q: How is shipping so cheap?
